What I offer

I provide Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) for children, young people, families, and adults with learning disabilities who are experiencing behaviours that challenge — whether or not there is a formal diagnosis.

This includes working with parents, teenagers, and adults, where behaviour has become difficult to manage at home, in education settings, within services, or in the wider community.

Assessment & Planning

Comprehensive assessments are used to explore the reasons behind behaviours and to identify what is important to the individual.

This information is then used to create a personalised support plan, focused on skill development and preventing challenges before they occur.

Ongoing Support & Coaching

Ongoing sessions focus on reviewing progress, adapting approaches, and providing practical, hands-on coaching to ensure support remains effective and responsive.

Staff & Family Training

Workshops and training sessions that build the skills and confidence of carers, families and professionals.

Crisis Support & Prevention

Guidance and intervention during challenging situations, plus proactive planning to reduce the likelihood of future crises.

Each support package is bespoke, designed around individual circumstances, strengths, and goals. A proven approach rooted in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) is used to provide effective, person-centred support for children, young people, and adults with a wide range of needs — including individuals who display behaviours that challenge, both in care settings and at home, and those without identified special educational needs.
